This Privacy Policy applies to Vinspire Publishing, LLC (a/k/a Vinspire) and all other websites, applications, online services, and other interactive features or downloads that post a link to this Privacy Policy and/or are identified as connected to Vinspire Publishing, whether accessed via computer, mobile device or otherwise. This Site is owned or controlled by Vinspire Publishing, LLC. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Sites identified above. This Privacy Policy may apply to information Vinspire Publishing collects offline, but only if specifically stated at the time of collection or if the information is combined in our databases. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted at least thirty days prior to any changes taking effect. Your continued use of this site means that you have accepted the modifications. Changes to the Policy will not affect any consents give or withheld that you may have previously given with regard to your Personal Information.

Vinspire collects Personal Information voluntarily provided by you, and/or information about you collected through cookies (see below) and browser data via our websites. Personal Information may include name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, age, purchase history, blog communications, comments about our products or services, a record of promotions offered to you, and your activities and your reading preferences, such as favorite authors and themes.

To Third Parties in the Event of Legal Reasons:

To a Third Party in the Event Vinspire Is for Sale or Is Sold:

Should Vinspire ever be made available for sale or sold, prospective buyers will need access to its customer lists and various databases as part of the process prior to purchase. In this event, we would only provide such access under terms of a strict confidentiality agreement. In the event Vinspire is sold, your Personal Information may be transferred to the purchasing company so you can continue to receive the books and services you purchased and to enable the continued maintenance of your Personal Information as set out in this policy.

How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Information?

We keep your information only for a period reasonably necessary to meet the purposes for which it was collected, or based on any legal requirements, including statutory retention periods. Then we will delete or make anonymous any Personal Information that is no longer required for a specific purpose or legal requirement.

What Security Measures Do We Take To Safeguard Personal Information?

Vinspire has implemented physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect your information from error, loss or unauthorized access; including but not limited to industry-standard efforts, such as passwords, firewalls, and Secure Socket Layers. In addition, our employees and any third parties are contractually bound to protect the confidentiality of your information and access is restricted to those with a need to know the information to carry out the identified purpose. That said, no security measure is 100% effective as evidenced by the recent data breaches, but we do make every effort to ensure that your information is secure.
